Estimated delivery times are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier volume, holidays, customs processing, compliance review, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Discreet Packaging
All orders are packaged securely and discreetly. We do not place product details on the outside of the package.
Shipping Restrictions
Peptide Titans respects all applicable federal, state, and city laws. We respect federal state and city laws, our shipping restrictions are detailed below on the footer and they are automatically updated by WAAVE compliance.
Orders may be restricted, blocked, or canceled based on applicable laws, regulations, carrier restrictions, or compliance requirements. If an order cannot be shipped to the address provided, the customer may be contacted for additional information or the order may be canceled and refunded when applicable.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that any products ordered are permitted in their jurisdiction and may be legally received, possessed, and used for laboratory research purposes only.
Research Use Only
All products sold by Peptide Titans are intended strictly for laboratory research use only. Products are not intended for human consumption, medical use, diagnostic use, therapeutic use, veterinary use, or any other unauthorized purpose.
By placing an order, the customer confirms that they are a qualified purchaser and that all products will be handled in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and safety guidelines.
International Shipping
International shipping availability may vary by destination. Customers are responsible for understanding and complying with all import laws, customs requirements, and local regulations in their country, state, province, city, or municipality.
Peptide Titans is not responsible for delays, holds, seizures, customs duties, import taxes, rejected shipments, or any other issues caused by customs authorities, local regulators, or shipping carriers.
If a shipment is stopped, seized, rejected, or destroyed by customs or any regulatory authority, Peptide Titans is not responsible for replacing or reshipping the order.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout. Peptide Titans is not responsible for orders delayed, returned, lost, or delivered incorrectly due to inaccurate or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to Peptide Titans due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal, or carrier issue, additional shipping fees may apply before the order can be reshipped.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order is transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is handled by the carrier. Peptide Titans is not responsible for carrier delays or packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as lost or stolen.
Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly for delivery issues after tracking shows the package has been accepted into the carrier network.
Damaged Packages
If a package arrives damaged, customers must contact Peptide Titans as soon as possible with the order number, photos of the damaged packaging, and photos of the affected items. Claims are reviewed on a case by case basis.
